I had a medical bill from a doctor that I’ve been disputing, had to be re-filed several times through the carrier and there were still issues. It took a number of weeks to be resolved, but they were excellent in calling me and providing feedback while the issue was still being worked. They just saved me a great deal of money from a doctor bill and I am grateful for their help and professional demeanor.

Just want to give a shout out to SG at Brinson. She has been a big help in getting my medical bills taken care of – even found out that the doctors/surgery centers owe ME money. Otherwise I probably would have paid the invoices and never known that they had been overpaid to begin with. She was very prompt in getting it all done.

In my case I have only experience exceptional customer service and problem solving skills with The Purple Card! On at least two different occasions I have emailed my Patient Advocate while sitting in doctor’s offices for assistance. Her timeliness has always been and is so much appreciated. I emailed her today while in the doctor office and she responded before I even got to see the doctor. She is always so helpful and for that matter, anyone I have ever dealt with from your company is a pleasure! I am sure you know that already, but I wanted to let you know that it hasn’t gone unnoticed and certainly not unappreciated!
