Our Patient Advocates at The Purple Card® are passionate about helping members understand their benefits and other programs. At The Purple Card® every member is assigned to a Patient Advocate to serve as a liaison between healthcare providers, insurance carriers and health-related communities.

Member benefits include:

  • No automated phone recordings
  • Support available 8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday through Friday
  • Bilingual support for English & Spanish members
